If you click on either of the locomotives, you'll notice that the next stop is highlighted red, and if you hover over it it says "no stops with this name exist". It looks like either you renamed a train stop, or you moved/replaced it (resulting in a new randomly-generated name).

I didn't look at the zip. However here are a couple things to check.
Check if there is an open slot at the station. If you have 2 stations with 1 train slot each. That means if you have 2 or more trains it will likely get stuck. So if you limit your station's train count (and use simple train routes), then take the total trains slots in that loop and have at least 1 less then that count. There are ways around this limit using waiting stations and/or interrupts though.
To check if there is an issue with the path place a train on the track and get in it. Then open the map and hold CTRL over the track. This should show a highlighted path if the train can get there. If you can get there with CTRL, your train can get there with scheduling. So if there is a problem you can use this method along the lines. Once you reach a problem the path highlight will cut out and you'll know where the problem is.
