i also play Planet Explorers. Its just an awesome game (basicly Minecraft 2.0 
with elements of gothic and the elder scrolls)
but they have an incredible handy bug tracker.
the main screen, which shows all bugs reported:
and the bug report card, incredible handy
and the lower section of the bug reporting screen:
might be worth considering to make it easier to search for existing bugs, and see what the devs have already fixed
