pyanodon wrote:Greetings fellow builders!

Today we finished the Automated Screener. Another cross-py-mods building that is use mainly to split the ores from dust and sand and small particulates by screening. Since its automated (like the automated factory), it´s low on energy cost and good at production.

Greetings fellow builders!

Today we finished the Grease table, the final building needed for the diamond chain. In future expansions, this building will be used too. Grease tables uses a special grease in a vibrating table where the valuable minerals (such as diamonds) attach to the grease while the rejects go away. Also sometimes it uses a Xray to select and pick up already the better ores.

What production chain will be next on importance for PYFE?

The coolant one! Or like we call here..the Helium Chain. Fusion reactors needs to be extra cooled to not melt by the stupid high temperatures inside it, so usually we use liquid Helium as coolant. In this chain you can generate the basic helium concentrate gas from 4 different manners to adapt in your base and resources available. Some buildings are borrowed from AlienLife prototype mod. Helium will be used also in the future in other chain like the fuel one. But it´s for more advanced reactors. Also, Helium will be used in other mods.

Hmmm some sub product from methanol
Methyl acrylate - similar esource already exists in angel's petrochem plus mod - PCP
New Separator - Gas separator - we already have similar building in angel's petrochem mod
Role of a DDC (Destructive Distillation Column) became even more
Regolite - i read that's some san from moon but u'll make it like sand from this planet

Many elements form bio technologies
if we are able to get a silicon from this residual dust that I will be glad

And we'll need only 5 buildings for this chain and it will be ready :D

So i'm waiting for fisrt version of PYFE - its really heavy mod! I like it, Nexela and pyanodon

Fow now i think like industrial tycoon on this planet
just imagine what you will see when the colonists arrive at the planet and see the huge first settlement represents an unrealistically huge sizes factory!!! :o :)

Do u planing any new alloys with molybdenum and with vanadium for PYFE? May be some the corrosion-preventive alloy with chrome? I read that a molybdenum can be used for creation of the devices working with a vacuum, it can be ur vacuum pomp

the main product in this mod is a superalloy. Used in all parts of the reactor. Other uses may come after we finish the main goal.

How i like this fantastic! SUPER-ALLOY!!!
May be we'll need new type of furnace for this alloy

To craft it, we will use the advanced furnace from PYCP.

Greetings!

Today we finished the Regolite mine. Concept, model and animate mining activities are very demanding.

Look for that resource in the map:

If you´re a lucky person, it will help ya. Regolites arent common. If you find it, you can build the mine over it.

Looks good. It's interesting that you made it spawn how you did. I have no idea how that will play in the game since I've never seen any resource like that in other mods. Cool concept.

Thank you. Basically its spawn as oil fields, but with some adjustment. :)

Regolite mine looks good, so nice industrial style

About resource rarity - i very like RSO mod - I guess that the resources should be away from each other, the same can not be such to underfoot constantly lay something valuable

As i could understand this regolite can be used to get any ore in game, i'm planing to use it to get more silicon ore - GLASS!! MOAR GLASS TO GOD OF GLASS!!! MOOOOOAAAARRRRRR!!! :D

They are far each other....the planet concentrates same ores near... but they are limited. Regolites are used to extract helium..but yeah, you can have some ores from it :D

cool nice progress indeed :)
this could even be used in a future Mod, to open up a StarGate to another nebula... maybe you can call it there, as the Nebulatron :)
(also similar to the gateway in Lost In Space film :)
pyanodon wrote:Greetings Fellow Builders!

Today we bring the key building in diamond processing (and other ores in the future). The huge centrifugal pan. This big building slowly concentrates high quality ores by centrifugal force in big amounts of pulp. It´s huge, slow and dangerous :D
One more step towards fusion power!

Today we finished the secondary-crusher. Another step into processing diamonds (yes, we changed the name from rotary crusher to secondary crusher). This building is to re-crush discarded big stones from the screening to not clog the chain.

this looks good,
is there any way to easily make the earth in the Top Left corner, move a little bit too?

i just think it could look even cooler if the earth moved up a bit or down a bit as part of the animation? :)

the Regolite extractor is cool too, (i think on the moon it is called regolith)

will we still be able to play with the pyFE mod, if we use High Frequency of ore patches, with smaller richness?
that is how i am playing my current pycoal game, since i like having lots of smaller patches to mine and expand.

btw the Mkauts Farm sounds useful... currently i have lots and lots of Organics, that some goes into making Carbondioxide, but the rest is getting stored up, so i can save it for the farm later :)

btw from your https://i.imgur.com/O3uNgkT.jpg Diagram, does this mean that the Yield Level, also scales up with higher research levels?

like, Very Low yield, low, medium, and then high as we unlock more technologies?
