OnOff Valve for circuit network

Hi!

I'm looking for a simple Open Close valve which can be connected to a circuit.

I've been playing factorio since version 0.9 . meaning for over 6 years now with bob, angel and long lists of other mods but I still wonder why I'm to stupid to find such a function.
it's ok to work with overflow and too up valves and pumps. but that is just a work around. Does anybody know a simple way to open/ close a pipe remotely via simple circuit condition? I' can't be the only one looking for that? Does anybody have a simple solution for that?

You can use a circuit connected pump.
