I used this mod in version 16 of the game it let you build 2x2 assemblers that could only craft cables and circuit boards but for the life of me i can not remember where it came from.

It looks like it could be but no that wasnt the mod sadly.

they looked like mini regularly assemblers and this mod was able to work with other mods like bobs assemlbers and added mini versions of the extra tiers.

and also these mini assemblers could only craft copper wire and green, red and blue circuits. thought iron gears would have been nice to XD
