mod downlod glich

to day when i was updating my mod list somthing wird happend and now it says that bobs logistics and angles petro chem mods are not downloded and they are not in my mod list any more but when i try and downlod them again they show say you have alread downloded this mod and when i tryed deleting angles refining it also did not let me reinstal it has any one come across this and can some one help me also i hope i posted this in the right place i dont know if this a dev problem or a moder problem
