How to publish a mod?

Hi,

I am completely new here. recently we got the excited update for space age. however, after updates. lots of my mods stopped working. simply change the game version will result a load error. some mod already updated by their author. but there are also some old mods where the author haven't update yet.
so I thought, why not doing it myself? so I spend a night dig through documents and have the mod black market 2 set up and working.
so I uploaded id to mod site hope it can help other players, but I found that I can't found it in the game, search in the mods in the game can't find my mod.
