Does anyone know if there are any mods that let you prioritize certain kinds of things in the build queue?

For example, if I tile my base with 682,000 refined concrete, but later I need some landfill placed to bridge a gap, is there a mod that I can set landfill ghost orders to take priority over all other orders?

A mod could be written (my guess is that no one has written it) that automatically 'approves' ghosts once no higher priority ghosts, that you have material for, exist within roboport range. But that might be really bad for UPS. It's harder to do well as a mod than in the engine, and the engine doesn't do this deliberately to not be a massive performance issue.
