Could use a siphon for Speed-1 modules (for use in Assembler 3 production). But that's easy enough to do, add an underground belt on the red circuits right below where the underground sideloader is and where the surplus speed 1 mods are blocked... one filter inserter and a provider chest, problem solved.

If you are a filthy belt braider you can compact it even more

If you're gonna do braiding, just braid the output part too, or sideload the T2 modules into the blue red undergrounds since the bottom row of that belt isn't used. Eliminates one more row from the design height, along with 2 red inserters
