Power independent coal mining outpost

My factory currently only knows two states and these are Brownout and Blackout. In neither of them it is able to mine enough coal feed my boilers at full demand, so I had to make an independent mining outpost. But I don't really like solar panels. Burner for the win.

Maybe you have blackouts because your coal deliveries take ages.

You could make self powered coal mining outpost with electric steam engiens and electric mienrs. Water is not so far away on your map.

Another approach (at least on the mining site) would be to have a dedicated steam power plant for the coal mine, which is not connected to the rest of the base.
