Ratio 8:1:7, no modules, no beacons

Nice! Very clean design!

You might want to have a pump for the light cranking as well for later solid fuel or flamethrower ammo, you can probably fit a pump on the water supply to the cranking quite easily.

(edit: also, the top and bottom row of power poles can be removed, no? and I think you can actually just use a single row of poles in the middle...)

Yeah, power poles could be removed, I left them there because they seemed to look nice as a boundary of refinery. Adding pumps for light oil would be more tricky, water line supplies both heavy ang light cracking and trying to put them on heavy oil creates quite some mess.
