Day sixty, survivors log. Bug attacks are getting more and more often, it's good that i finally got Wall Artemis and Brutus online and fully working. Im making good headway in terms of research..

Main Factory map

Each "Wall" except for Artemis has it's own ammo production with onsite coal and iron mining. Wall Janus has it's own independent power supply.
Brutus relies on the main facility for power, so does Artemis.
Main facility energy production: currently sitting at 6-7MW

Is that a start location or a place you found?
(or a boring result of some terraforming mod?)

Starting area, i continuously expanded and secured choke points.
Unfortunately waves of +6 medium bites with 30 smaller ones tends to wreck my walls.
Wall Artemis has been fighting off continuous waves for two days, now. It's quite hard to keep ammo production up.
I don't have lasers because im focusing more or less on researching electric furnaces, aswell as building a better production facility.
