So, I got the game last night, and this is my first science center. Image Did I do good for this being my first play-through?

I would say you did extremely well for it being your first time! :) I wish my builds were this good when I first started playing lol
One thing I would like to mention though... You may notice that there is a lack of green packs going to the land. This is because they take 6 seconds to make whereas red packs take 5 seconds to make. I would recommend putting like 6 green pack assemblers and 5 for red. That way you make about 1 of each per second. :)

Other than that, really good job for your first try!

Thanks for the tip, it has helped a lot. Also, for same reason my game is only at 0.11.22, yet I have optional/experimental updates enabled. How do I update it to 0.12.5?

Start up Factorio, then on the first menu click on "About." then click "Check for updates." That should get you there if you do indeed have experimental updates enabled.

I have them enabled, and yet they do not install. Whenever I download the exe installerror for 0.12.7, and I click on it, I get an error that sad I do not have the proper permissions to aces this file, even though I am the administration of the computer. When I use the zip file, and I attempt to open or unzip the fule, I get the same error. Even stranger if I try it on my laptop I do not get the error, and I am not an administrator on that.
