Design Challange: Smart Asteroid Processing!

Collectors have a large buffer and cant have efficiency modules. So there is a large advantage of using the buffer and not collecting stuff just to dump it over board.
As someone who only startet using circuit magic at all with space age, i found these requirements to be extremely tricky. so tricky in fact, that i think it would make a nice community challange.
so i challange you to build a more efficient collector logic then me.
my entry is posted at the end of this post as blueprint code. its a full ship with multiple collectors. however, as this is about the asteroid processing only, its enough to provide a plattform that has one collector, 3 crushers and that meet the rules.
Rules:
must have crushers for iron, ice and carbon
all crushers must have access to output of all ore types at all times
crushers must never lose access to any chunk type by belt overload (running out of collectable asteroids of course does not count)
no dumping allowed.
rules must be met with all ship storage filled to capacity (belts do not count) < this lead to confusion. the system might not jam even when all storage is filled. thats all it says, and thats redundant.
the winner will be that design which uses the least ammount of squares for combinators to control the minimum requirements.
