656 speed beacon (+32767%) in editor (vanilla game)

1. build beacon with 2 speed 3 module
2. area copy (deselect clear destination entities), select green point, paste in white point 17 times
3. then we get 680 speed beacon, which give +32767% speed boost. more than 657 beacons are useless (657 * 50% - 4 * 15% > 32767%).
