This mod:
angelssmelting-extended_0.0.4.zip
doesn't exist on mod portal.

Can you post it and your mod-settings.dat file?

Without that mod I don't get the error that thorium ore won't be spawned when creating new game. I did use default mod settings for all others so that might be also causing a difference.

There might be some incompatibility that leads to thorium ore being still enabled along the angels and clowns ores.
I've fixed the issue for next version which will be out soon. Question is if thorium should be still avaiable as separate orre in this case - thats a separate issue that authors of mods involved would need to figure out.
