Edit:
Try with new RSO first and see if it still happens. You might get few messages about invalid ores instead of a crash.

If new version doesn't help then try this:
Try removing various mods to try and narrow down which one might be responsible?
You have a lot of them and there is no good way for me to recreate your setup exactly.

In theory you have angel's so you shouldn't have lead ore. On the other hand I think 5dim also has it so it might be what leads to issues. Alternatively try to download RSO 3.5.14 from mod portal and check with it. It might be that something went wrong with the validity check for ore entities.

If you can start a game without RSO and save it I could use the save to autodownload the mods - I'd need your mod settings file also to recreate everything with same settings.

Many thanks, I'm installing RSO 3.5.14, and the game works. But what should I do next? Keep going play with this older version?

I think I found what was going on and fixed it.
