Overlapping ore fields

Replaces resource spawning system, so that the distances between resources are much bigger. Railway is needed then.

In an area quite far from starting point, I ran across these two overlapping ore fields:

I did change the RSO biters spawn option off just before I uncovered this area, not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Probably not worth fixing if it takes more than a few minutes, but figured I'd report it anyway :)
I don't have OCD, I have CDO. It's the same, but with the letters in the correct order.

It alredy tries to make no overlaps but if there is no other choice some are allowed.
There is a hidden factor used currently that defines whats the potentiall allowed overlap. It's not in the settings atm and it's set to 75%.
Small overlaps are ok in my book - making it perfect is to costly (both performance and code wise).
