randomize item spill location

Ideas that are too old (too many things have changed since) and ones which won't be implemented for certain reasons or if there are obviously better suggestions.

LuaSurface.spill_item_stack() always follows a predictable pattern. A side effect of this is that if the item gets spilled onto a belt and the belt carries it away, the next spill to the same target position will end up in the same spot on that belt. It would probably look and feel more organic if a spill position was chosen at random from all the available positions closest to the target.
