Make custom interface size really custom

Ideas that are too old (too many things have changed since) and ones which won't be implemented for certain reasons or if there are obviously better suggestions.

TL;DR
Delete steps from custom interface size and make it "Free type"
What ?
Tl;DR basically explains everything, i would like to be able to freely type what size of interface i need.

Why ?
Sometimes, 75% is too small, but 100% is too big, i think it would be useful for everyone to find the perfect size for their monitor.

Free scale was removed on purpose FFF 277.

oh, that's sad, but i fully understand, i can live with too big/too small UI as long as it stays symmetric/readable

When I remember correctly this is possible, just edit text input. But not sure if I mix that up somehow.
Cool suggestion: Eatable MOUSE-pointers.
