As in title. When server/game is in "pause" state, almost no command can work, even /promote, which in some cases makes unpause impossible when no admin is present and we want to promote someone remotely.
Log from our dedi:

/promote Elfusan
odpauzuj sobie (esc -> resume)
3393.506 ConnectionRequestReplyConfirm (type(ConnectionRequestReplyConfirm) ) from(IP ADDR:({185.213.39.35:52956}))

As you can see, nothing happened(simulation was in paused state), not even server's say was done.

I can provide screens/gifs, or give ability for live test on this server instance if needed, because I don't think save would be needed.
