[0.17.1] Highlight next to, not on, item

When highlighting a tree in the campaign, the tree is highlighted when the cursor is next to it, not on it.

This appears to be a newly-grown tree where there was no tree before.

Here it is in a new campaign, same location. So no, not a new tree - there from the start.

You can see the rock to the left, which is highlighted when I hover over the object directly.

A bit farther west, there's another dry hairy tree which is highlighted when I hover directly over it.

Of course, no repro is no repro, but maybe this helps? idk

Probably a high resolution vs normal resolution issue.
