[0.16.51] Crash on start: "d3d_create_textures: Unable to create video texture"

Game crashed on start. As suggested winthin Log - here is the Log. Is the dmp File also needed? (and is it not containing sensitive information?)
No mods loaded, already worked on this machine.

This should not happen in next update; meanwhile, does the issue persist if you reboot your computer?
