Problem:
When you resize the factorio window in window mode via drag and drop and the window gets smaller then the production tab the tab will be cut off.
when you move the tab in the smaller window the right side of the production tab will be permanently cut off

tested with and without mods
i expexted the production tab to stay the same size and that you could move it around afterwards

The general squashing logic was greatly improved based on this bug report.

There is still limit of how much things can squash (In this case, and 0.17, it is the size of the row with buttons for example), but they are way easier to tweak now.
