When clicking on a train stop, a dialog box pops up with information abut the stop. In this dialog, there is a section "trains with this stop". In that section, the list of stops under the map are in a different order from the stops in the train schedule.

Huh, interesting. They're not in a different order. But the list starts at a different station for some trains. So A>B>C>D might be shown as C>D>A>B.

Is the current destination listed at the top?

No. There's no immediately obvious pattern.

Thanks for the report however that's working as intended. They're listed in the same order that they show up in the "Trains" GUI.
