New hope Level 02 doesn't show up

I completed New Hope levels 01 and 02, and now just started 03, by following the prompts "Next Level" after each is completed.

Now when I start from the main menu and choose Campaign > New Hope, it only displays Level 01 and Level 03 as choices, Level 02 is missing even though I've obviously completed 01.

What version is that?

0.16.36 - but I've just updated to 0.16.51 and it still doesn't show Level 02
