[0.16.45] Chest Sprite Displays over Splitter Sprite

So I don't know why I've never noticed this before but I think the chest sprite cover up the splitter sprite when the chest is placed to the north of the splitter and the splitter is vertical.
This doesn't go away if you hit the alt key.
I also loaded the game with and without mods.
I wouldn't be surprised if someone came across this when developing it and decided to leave it so that the splitter wouldn't cover up the items in the chest and that makes sense if that's the reason.

Thanks for the report however this isn't fixable due to the layering and how belts have to render with the faked 2d world trying to look 3d.

That's fine. I just love this game so much I want to contribute as much as I can. Thanks for all the work you guys have done. Celebrate when 0.17 releases!
