[kovarex] [0.16.2] Incorrect Mod Portal listing behavior

When searching for mods on the mod portal, the listing keeps it's current scrolled position instead of going to the top of the listing.



Steps to reproduce: Scroll down on the mod list and search for something, like I show with "creative" and it will show no results. Scroll up and again type "creative" and it will show mods.
