[ 0.15.34] Weird graphics bug

Ok, here is the thing... this might get hard to explain and reproduce
OS is WIn 10, System is R7-1800x and GF1080.
When I watch a Video on one of my Monitors and play Factorio on my G-Sync 144 Hz screen I have a weird flicker / stutter when moving.
When I dont watch a video or play factorio on one of my 60 Hz screens and watch a Video everything is normal.
Tested on a new Map, even in Menus I have a flicker or some weird, flickering white line on the screen.
I could record it with a camera, I guess.
The Video in concern is from some kinda streaming site.
I dont have this Problem in any other Application/Game.

Post the log after experiencing the issue and a gif or video were this can be observed.
