[Twinsen] [0.15.12] Can't left click on an inserter with copper cable

When we have copper cable on the hand and left click on an filter inserter, the inventory of the filter inserter don't open and do a error sound instead. I think it's because of the cobble wire's primary fonction (link Electric poles) who have the priority. It's will be nice if when we left click on an filter inserter with copper cable in hand it's show the inventory of the filter inserter.
