[0.14.22] Cannot open game menu with esc

We are aware of them, but they have low priority. We have more important things to do. They go here in order not to take space in the main bug thread list.

[0.14.22] Cannot open game menu with esc

1. Open research window with T
2. Pause the game with Shift+Space
3. Select a research and press the "research" button
4. Pressing ESC does not open the menu anymore

Well....

Just don't do that :)

For now i'll move this to minor issues

If some other issues with gui's while paused show up, it might be worth further looking into
