[2.0.28] Desync in multiplayer

I was connected to my friend's game over steam multiplayer. We were playing vanilla space age stable version 2.0.28 with no 3rd-party mods (only quality / elevated rails / space age). I was connected from my game on macOS, he was hosting on windows.
I have a blueprint book with a number of blueprints that I have been making since space age released. I think the desync happened when I tried to make a copy of the blueprint book. It was in "My Blueprints" at the time. I think the desync happened as soon as I pressed the button to "create copy" of the book. When I rejoined the game, I noticed I had a blueprint in my cursor so I pressed Q out of habit. I later noticed a copy of my book in my player inventory. After I reconnected we continued playing without any further issues.
The blueprint book is not particularly large in file size, it has a few dozen blueprints which are mostly small.
I have since modified the blueprint book. It is called "bigmap" in my blueprint library. I have attached my blueprint storage file which has my current copy of the "bigmap" book, but the desync incident was a couple days ago.
Let me know if there's anything else I can provide.
