[2.0.20] Nuclear power achievement without burning nuclear fuel

Put a nuclear reactor down

2. What happened?

Got the Nuclear power achievement but I did not put a Uranium fuel cell in the reactor

3. What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!

Need to wait for the nuclear reactor to burn a fuel cell to get the achievement

4. Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?

Happened once obviously, can't really reproduce anymore :/

I found other issues in the forum but it does not seem to be the exact same bug as the others I found

If it helps the debugging I had turbines on Vulcanus producing power for a long time and I used fuel cells to build a portable Nuclear reactor and put it in my power armor

to be specific, the achievement description state "Start producing electric power by nuclear powerplant." implying the need of spinning a turbine from a steam source related to the reactor. it could be swapped with "Build your first nuclear reactor" or any other flavor text.
