[2.0.20][Multiplayer] Spawning on Vulcanus in an unsafe area

Hi!
I am running a PvP server to play with a family member and for the first time landed on Vulcanus today. I appear to have landed in an unsafe area and without all the essential resources I need to get established on that planet. I created the map ~1.5 week ago but that's the first time anyone reached Vulcanus.
Is there a way to get out of it using Lua commands? I could teleport to {0,0} (I tried and it is indeed a safe area) but not fun if all players have to share the same start area.
