[2.0.18] Keybind to change quality (alt+scroll) doesn't work hovering over a scrollable widget/container (MR)

Tested version: 2.0.18 (build 80420 expansion, mac-arm64, standalone)
This seems to be related to the change in default keybinds introduced in 2.0.18 - when using the new keybind to change quality (alt+scroll) while hovering over a scrollable widget (e.g. an inventory, or a list of logistics requests), the scroll event seems to pass thru to the scrollable/container, rather than affecting the item in cursor. As soon as I move the cursor to some non-scrollable UI element, I am able to change quality as usual.
Manually reverting to the old keybind (alt+shift+scroll) fixes the problem.
(Personally I'm on the fence about the change itself - while the new default is simpler, the old one was OK, and is already in my muscle memory. I guess players can always change their bindings, and mine are already heavily customised, so maybe that's fine.)
