As the title suggests, there is an issue where when you are using remote view, on a 32:9 monitor @144hz, where the map will always "Bounce Back" to the original position where the click and drag action started, then flicker back to the new position. This is only a recent development that has started to happen on a very large game save 60+ MB. My attempts to fix it have been turning certain markers on/off, updating graphics drivers, and switching to windowed mode. In addition, I also tried adjusting some graphics settings to no avail. I'm unsure if this is being caused by the size of the game, a graphics restriction, or a bug.

Additional notes, if I load this save in Single Player mode the issue doesn't exist. It only happens on my dedicated server, but also only affects me and no other players.

Hi, I can second having this issue. I'm using a 1920x1080 display @ 60hz. I'm using a dedicated server hosted in AWS, but I'm the only one (of three) experiencing the issue. The save file is ~50-60MB. I can do more testing, but I have the sense its somewhat related to latency as I have been a bit laggier in my most recent play session and noticed an increased occurrence rate of the flicker. I have had it occasionally since at least a week ago, though.

Also seeing this issue when connecting to a remote server. Does not reproduce when running locally.

When using left-click to depress, drag, and release to shift the position of the remote view map, the frame from the initial grab position briefly flashes at the moment of release.
