[2.0.14] Parameterization setting all counts to same value

This blueprint has been "Select new contents" button a few times and fixed up. It's also had the parameters edited a few times. I say this as it may contribute to the observed problem.
The problem is that it's filling in the decide combinator "count" field with the same values (e.g., 15) even though that's only 1 of the ingredient formula results. Note that the enable/disable fields (requester chest, biochamber) on the pasted blueprint will also have 15 in them. The following screenshots detail just the combinator though. Here's what was blueprinted:
I then parameterized it as such:
I then placed the blueprint:
Save file attached. I moved the blueprint in to the game blueprints.
