[2.0.11] Smart belt dragging places only input underground if obstacle has gap (MR)

when dragging a ghost belt (setting for Pick ghost item if no items are available), the exit underground belt may not be placed, even when the input is.
Conditions to reproduce: have only 0-1 underground belt segments and at least 2 transport belts in your inventory
To replicate, set up 2 parallel belts with exactly 1 tile between them, then drag a belt with perpendicularly across them. Notice that the input ghost underground belt is placed, but the output is not placed with the message of missing underground belt. Strangely, this message appears twice, once over the placed segment and once over the one that is not placed.
This can also lead to multiple input belts with 0 or 1 output belts, depending on how many belts running parallel there are
edit: this also can happen dragging over a ghost, if you first drag over a placed item. I noticed this after dragging a belt across a placed medium power pole which had a ghost underground pipe as the next tile after it.
I would expect exactly one underground input and underground output ghost to be created instead of the current behavior. This always happens when dragging belts over a gap that is either empty or only contains a ghost after a placed item. If there are ghosts, all but the first ghost will be placed over, with there only being an input belt.
