[1.1.74] Desync on private server

I got desynced while I was in the blueprint editor while there was someone in the blueprint menu and someone looking through radars.
I was just cleaning up a blueprint I had in a book in my personal library to be a T junction instead of the X Junction it already was. I think I was specifically getting those tricky rails that are directly on top of each other, but I can't be 100% sure, even just after the moment.
The blueprint menu guy was about to test that you can in fact place blueprints in fog of war, but I don't actually know where he was in that process.
Radar guy seemed to just have been idle at the moment?
The only thing of note I can think of is the fact that the guy doing something in the blueprint menu is hosting the server on a separate port of the same machine.
As I understand it, he's using the zipped version because it uses a different folder and can actually run at the same time.
I don't understand what happened, but I hope the report will help in some way. Will report back if it reoccurs, but this is my first desync ever so I kind of doubt it.
