[1.1.74] latest experimental headless link is not updated

On https://factorio.com/download , you write: "If you are running a server, you can use this link to always download the latest experimental version."

I just did that, and it downloaded 1.1.73. So it does not "always download the latest experimental version". There was the same problem when 1.1.72 and 1.1.73 was released - the link eventually did start working after some hours/days, but it should obviously work at release. I have a script to update for my headless server, and that script is kinda useless if I can't depend on the download link to work.

I am not behind a caching proxy. I additionally tried downloading on a Digital Ocean server, which also downloaded the incorrect version.

If it works like in 1.1.72 and 1.1.73, then the headless link will eventually start working correctly. This does not make this not a bug. Your download links should work correctly when the new version is released, not at some random point afterwards. Fix your release scripts.
