[1.1.72] Max Rate Miner to Splitter Compresses on Side Config Only

A single miner can put ore onto both sides of a belt by outputting onto a splitter and combining the split lanes.

After researching and speeding up a miner to match or exceed a belt speed, you can still output to both sides at speed of the belt by mining into a splitter and combining the lanes.

The earliest this can happen without mods is mining productivity 26, 12 beacon with all speed module 3s yields mining speed of 15.3/s on iron. When performing this onto a yellow belt the belt is not compressed when outputting into the back of the splitter but is compressed when outputting onto the side of the splitter.

Gaps can be seen by turning on "show-transport-line-gaps".

Not a bug. There is a non zero distance an item has to travel from the miner to the center of a splitter when the splitting logic happens and so that setup is limited by throughput of a single belt line.
