Sometimes, the tooltips in the research screen are blurry when I mouse over them. I think it is layering the tooltip behind the overlay instead of in front of it. I also this that this happens when the game is displaying an in-game achievement.
I am running just the base game on windows via steam. I have mods installed but they are not enabled.
