[StrangePan][1.1.68] Mac specific keybinds are lost when using Steam Cloud Sync to a Windows machine.

Hello!
I mainly play Factorio on a Mac, but occasionally I'll play on a Windows machine. I sync my saves with Steam Cloud Sync, which works great going from Mac to Windows. Unfortunately, when I go back from Windows to Mac, my Mac specific keybinds are changed.
Any keybinds using the MacOS Command key get converted to Control. I use the secondary keybind column for mac specific bindings.
When I'm on Mac, these are my keybinds:
When I switch to Windows, they Command bindings are changed to Control:
When I sync back to mac, the secondary bindings are not restored to the original command keybind, and I have to re-bind them all.
