[Twinsen][1.1.0] [Minor] electric-energy-interface GUI issues again

Hi (Twinsen),

As requested following this change.

As of 1.1, when using an EEI as a stand-in for a generic powered machine, you now get this kind of tooltip:

Minor issue is that the energy buffer bar is shown twice in two different colours (one always green, the other dependent on level) with two different labels ("energy" and "electricity").

Fixed in Version: 1.1.2.

As opposed to "normal" entities, the buffer size("Energy capacity") will always be shown. Also energy production, if set, will not be in it's own category.
I decided to leave these as is since it's probably how they should be shown in this entity type.
