Edit: appears to be reproducible. Load the save file #2 and try to delete the stop named "stone/iron quarry" from the route.

Can you attach the saves here on the forums? The website you linked is getting all of the downloads blocked for me.

Sure, sorry, here's the second save file again
edit: to reproduce, scroll the list down to the bottom, then try to delete the stop. Also appears to happen with any stop, not just the one I mentioned
