[Request] Factorio Chat Scrollback / Logviewer

Hi,
I wonder if this exists, and if it doesn't, well, make it !
I manage a server and I would like to have an easy way to read past messages.. I think these are stored in player-data but even that info is not complete. Not sure if someone could make a little program I can load side-by-side with factorio (with always on top option) to view whats written in the console. Also with better contrast (black background?)
