TL;DR
In Factorio we can enable Train Limit for Train Stop but its const, value that we have to set manualy...But i think Factorio should have option to set this limit via Combinators signal so we can change this for example depending on
how many drills is working or how much ores is in storage.
What ?
Lets say we have counter on Belts that calculate Ores/Sec on belts, and lets say its 150 ores / sec ( little above 3 blue belts )so lets say that we allow up to 1 Train / every 100 Ores produced by Drills / sec so in this situation we allow only 1 Train going to that station
but in scenario where we have for example Stop that produces 500 Ores / sec we can send up to 5 Trains to this station, because it should handle it easly
or for example if we have Storage before Train Stop, lets say Storage have 40.000 ores but Belts produce only 50 ores / sec
its still safe to send up to 10 or even more Trains ( but should be limited to Stacker size anywaa )
40.000 Ores in Storage at TrainStop?... well im building 200.000 Storage
...But anywaa... we need Dynamic Tran Stop Limit using Combinators !!!!!!!!!!!!

Why ?
Because Enbale/Disable Train Stop is not a solution in this situationEnable/Disable completly turn ON/OFF Station, but Dynamic Train Limit will change flow on this station to what Station can handle...
