Change rail block colors for not used, different colors

It got half changed because two of the rail colour signals are still in there, yellow and something like cyan or azure. That's now mashed in with magenta and white. Colour inkjet printer smorgasbord, trés chic.

I just modded it back to the way I liked it before, same as everyone else had the power to do all along.

can ya stop coming into threads that you disagree with to bully everyone?
