Health Potions/Medicine

It takes too long to regenerate health normally, if you added health potions and/or medicine it'd be quicker and potentially save your life =D

The medicines already swims in the seas and lakes.

Hello,
ways to regenerate health (and shields that will be there sooner or later) are planned, the fish is there just to have something simple until we cover this topic in more complex way. (Chemics)

when injured simply shift + click on and fish in your inventory, not exactly obvious but its there

This has been implemented kind of. You can now use fish like grenades.
