Placing over blueprints should copy the stats [complete]

When you build using robots a blueprint, then when the object is placed, it is "programmed". The type of factory is set up, limits on chests, wires, etc, are all included. With the new early blueprints, the one thing that is lacking most to me is that ability to place an object over a blueprint and have it configured correctly.
To a lesser extent, but still helpful, would be to orient an object according to the blueprint. This would be great for stuff like building belt corners and complex early game smelter set ups.
